I have never met with a successful business owner who didn’t recognize that the heart of any relationship is based on trust. So, trust is a huge factor in any exchange with a potential customer. On the other hand, trust alone is not the full measure if your aim is to WOW consumers. Really think about this notion; your buyers have the right to deal with someone they trust. If that is true, and I think so, their right is your responsibility. Trust is therefore a big WOW factor if your aim is directed squarely on your responsibility to take action.
It’s important to settle on what WOW means—at the very least for clarity of this article. WOW is WOW because it isn’t a common experience. What we experience often becomes ordinary, even unremarkable. This isn’t a good place to stand. Consider what becomes of your health, your most important relation, even your garden when left unattended. No surprise that any relationship, business or personal can decline and come to an end not because of importance, but because of a lack of awareness, attention, and action.
On the other hand, astonishment or admiration strikes at consumer loyalty forcefully when they experience a frontline business bent on delivering, knock your socks off service. Take aim, directly, to solve buyer problems in a Warm, Outstanding, Way that lessens the burden for those you serve. If you are a business owner or manager remember that your frontline is your bottomline, always—no exception from my point of view! Without a doubt its crucial to take action to WOW your buyers. They ache for someone who will carry their load in a warm, outstanding way. Will you be that business?
